Nesta altura esquecem-se as dietas, essas ficam para as resoluções do novo ano… 🙂
- 1 large country bread
- 250g grated cheese (I used mozzarella, cheddar and edam)
- About a cup of fresh chopped herbs (I used cilantro, rosemary, thyme and chives)
- 100g of melted butter
- Cut the bread into slices, taking care to not go all the way. Then cut in the opposite direction, also without going to the end, in order to obtain small squares. Cover the bottom of the bread with aluminum foil.
- Stuff all the spaces of the bread with cheese, and then with herbs.
- Drizzle the bread with melted butter.
- Wrap the bread with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. After that, open the package and let it brown slightly. Serve immediately. NOTE: If you take this entrance to someone’s home, take it already stuffed and wrapped but without putting in the oven, leave that part to the last minute.
